I have been wanting to draw this character in this costume for a while now, and it was so much fun to play around with my copics again. I wanted to combine elements of sweet Lolita and magical girl costumes, and I laughed when my sisters said she looks like Nicki Minaj, something which I only realized in retrospect. (>.<) Haha!
